PLEASE READ THE FOLLOWING TERMS & CONDITIONS CAREFULLY BEFORE BOOKING YOUR APPOINTMENT.

APPOINTMENTS

- Appointments are on a first come, first serve basis & are not secure until payment has been made.

- No shows will be required to pay the full amount of their missed treatment before making another appointment.

- Appointments can only be rescheduled once & this must be done 48hrs prior to your appointment. If not your deposit will be lost if you can no longer attend.

- Please do not bring any plus ones under any circumstances as we are unable to accommodate them.

- If you have any special requirements or need any adjustments to be made at your appointment, please drop us a DM or email hello@skincarebyoluphemy.co.uk.

LATENESS

- Please arrive on time & not before your appointment time as our bookings are back to back & there is no waiting area.

- If you are running late please try your best to inform us. 

- Being over 15 minutes late will result in your appointment being cancelled & your deposit lost.
